Change ISV account password

If you forgot your password or want to update it for security reasons, follow this guide to change your password.

Before you begin

Ensure that you have access to the email address registered with your Alipay+ Mini Program Platform account.

Procedure

To change your password, take the following steps:

1. Navigate to Alipay+ Mini Program Platform and click Log In in the top-right corner.
2. On the login page, click Forgot Password? to go to the password reset page.
3. Verify your identity by email:

1. In the Email field, enter your registered email address.
2. Click Send Code.
3. A confirmation message appears, and a verification code is sent to your email.
4. Check your email inbox for a message containing a 6-digit code.
5. In the Verification Code field, enter the code you received.

4. Set a new password:

1. In the New Password field, enter a new password that meets the password requirements displayed on the page.
2. In the Confirm Password field, re-enter your new password to confirm it.
3. Click Change Password.

5. A confirmation message appears, indicating your password has been changed successfully. Then, you will be redirected to the login page.

You can now log in to the platform with your new password.
